Privacy Statement

1) Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps on some subpages to display interactive maps. Google Maps is a map service provided by Google Inc. You can use the map service to view our location and directions. If you would like to view the directions, you can click on the map or our link. If you want to display the directions, you will be redirected to the Google website.
By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered in the route planner function or your current location, may be transmitted to Google in the USA.
When you visit a page that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google’s servers. The map content is transmitted directly from Google to your browser and integrated into the website. We therefore have no influence on the extent of the data collected by Google in this way.
We store your personal data in this context for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose. The legal basis for the processing is your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) sentence 1 TDDDG.

2) Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager on our website. Google Tag Manager allows tags to be integrated centrally via a user interface. Tags are small pieces of code that can track activities. Script codes from other tools are integrated via Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager allows you to control when a specific tag is triggered. This is technically necessary in order to be able to use subsequent optional services (e.g. Matomo). Aggregated data is collected via the tag trigger.
Google Tag Manager is technically essential for the purposes mentioned (§ 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG); the subsequent processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR.

3) Contact form and email contact
Our website features a contact form that can be used to contact us electronically. If a user takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. This data includes:
• Title
• Name
• Company
• Position
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Message
When the message is sent, the following data is also stored:
• The user’s IP address
• Date and time of registration
Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for processing the conversation.
The processing of personal data from the input mask serves solely to process the contact request. In the case of contact by e-mail, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data. The other personal data processed during the sending process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
The legal basis for processing the data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. If the email contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data from the input mask of the contact form and that sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.
If the user contacts us by e-mail, they can object to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. To object to the storage of your data, please contact us either via the contact form or by sending an e-mail to the addresses provided.

4) All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be deleted in this case.

5) Newsletter
You can subscribe to a free newsletter on our website. When you register for the newsletter, the data requested in the input mask is transmitted to us.
The following data is also collected during registration:
• IP address of the accessing computer
• Date and time of registration
The user’s email address is collected for the purpose of delivering the newsletter. Other personal data is collected during the registration process to prevent misuse of the services or the email address used.
Your consent is obtained during the registration process in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the processing of your data.
The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter.
The user concerned can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter. This also allows the user to revoke their consent to the storage of personal data collected during the registration process. In the event of revocation, the user’s email address will be marked accordingly so that the email address is no longer used for sending newsletters. This ensures that the user no longer receives any newsletters. If the contact details are no longer required for other purposes arising from our business relationship with the user, we will delete them.
